Old pub with pretty beer garden where you think the time has stopped. The Jugenstil building with a cosy beer garden is directly opposite the railway station. Although nothing eats, the dishes all look very tempting.

I haven't been to the restaurant, and I think it must be really good. I write this review for a case of racism that happened yesterday. I went through the beer garden and took a photo of it to show my friends that it is open, and an old lady and her family sitting at the first table told me that it is not allowed. I asked politely if it was not allowed, and one of the two told me to delete it. I did that right away as they felt it was rude. But the lady continued by saying that you should not take photos because people like you send them to Pakistan and Afghanistan. I moved to Saulgau 3 months ago and I am very disappointed with this behavior, as I like the people in Saulgau and I always knew and believed that Germans are not racist. I myself come from India and it is not good to assume that I come from Pakistan or Afghanistan, just because of my skin color. Even if a brown person makes a photo of a place, it does not mean that it does it for racist reasons, even if it comes from Pakistan or Afghanistan. I really hope that racist people like these are no longer allowed here. I didn't want to make a problem from it, but I've been very disappointed since yesterday and it bothers me when Germans think so about us.

23.4.23 Hello Christian, keep going. Today again with friends for the last snoop. Delicious beer and good food at reasonable prices...what more you want. Good cozy pub in Bad Saulgau and surroundings, always something loose with mixed audience. Great selection of dishes and vasper and full-fledged dishes. Very delicious your fries.

Once there's a real beer pub, good beers, snacks, billiards and talks. You should go.

Really beautiful rustic pub with wonderful home cooking. It's good that there are still such places. I'd like to come back here!
