Maitre Flambee Flammerie - Bad Wildbad

This little cafe in the outskirts of Bad Wildbad serves one of the best tarte flambees we ever tried: very crispy, with fresh ingredients, served on rustic wooden plates. The terrace is nice and there is a little playground nearby. Ideal for a quick meal in a friendly atmosphere. The owner is a very friendly young man who does his best to make you feel welcome.

This is a small restaurant with mainly a kind of dish in various sweet and hearty versions. I tried the hearty tarte flambee with cream vega cheese, cheese, tomato and rocket salad and the sweet version with cream cheese, apples, sugar and cinnamon and both were quite delicious. the halat was ok, but nothing special. the owners have recently added the vegan options to their menu and told me that they already had a good amount of items for them, so hopefully they will stay on the menu. Unfortunately, they haven't served any vegan milk for cappuchino yet.

This is an excellent restaurant to enjoy 'Flammkuchen '. Especially the Cidre has to be highlighted !!!

After a long day trip to bawü from the bayern. the environment is modern and yet a piece far rustic in good sense and the service was always friendly. when we return to the corner, we will definitely eat again: 5 service: 5 atmosphere: 5.
