How can it be that gets a hotel reviews(2 months ago) when it was closed over a year

That was great. a super service, very tasty kitchen. beautiful ambiente, great furnishings, very clean and tidy. very recommended.

There was no stay. on the day of arrival nobody was there, we stood with 2 families and 2 children approx. Two hours there and nobody was there. on the phone you don't get anywhere for weeks. we feel that the hotel is closed. we were always happy with the hotel but this time we are very disappointed. the children were very sad and now we have to find an overnight in the fast. very bad.

Recommend for a short tripp in any case. room spacious/orderly and everything you need is inside.

We have been in the hotel on the therme for many years. were always satisfied, friendly service, clean rooms and rich breakfast. for the currently difficult time of pademie we wish the entire team to maintain and remain healthy. we like to come back. family dreßler from delitzsch
