Contribuisci feedbackVery nice and clean restaurant, service is more than excellent! the foods have not impressed me, are more boring, not particularly directed, on 5 flat menu too large portions and unfortunately to the trips I expected have more creativity and taste.
The entrance to the place is quite inconspicuous and they do not expect the generous area that moves over several houses. the kitchen is regional Franconian and quite high. the spatula was cooked from the finest and crispy to the point. the chef understands his craft. the service attentive and competent. thanks for the successful evening.
Beautiful restaurant in the old town of bad windsheim, with very good service
The environment in the old school is very appealing and cozy. if there's a lot of air. we had ordered a menu: the consomme of ochsenschwanz was served only lukewarm and could have tasted much more intensively. in the main dishes - grinderfilet, or knurrhahn-, the supplements tasted nothing and were completely boiled. I also felt the compilation with Merrettich sauce, kartoffel and root vegetables not so successful, a scandal for the good bark fillet! in the fish it was similar, white wine risotto a single bree and the fennel / oranging pleasure went completely down. the dessert bratapfelstrudel was also anything but a highlight, too dry, too little vanillasauc, a sphere would have made a lot of it. Yes, very bad!
The tagliatelle from the paremsanleib are highly recommended
