I gave the hotel five stars, but the fifth star clearly belongs to the chef and his team. We have been to many hotels, and most of them serve clichéd, canteen-like food. Well, this is not a typical place in this regard. There aren't ten types of main courses, but what we have could compete with the most famous restaurants in both taste and quality. If you are looking for quality gastronomic experiences in addition to Badacsony wines, visit here! The only negative thing I can mention is the wellness department. When we entered, we were surprised to find that there were no guests in the large pool, but the small jacuzzi was full. The reason soon became clear, the water in the large pool is ice cold. I understand the concept that this is a swimming pool, but most of the hotel's guests came with children, so there is no option for them. It might be a profitable investment to turn the large pool into an experience pool. Apart from that, everything was perfect, I recommend it to everyone.

Clean, tasteful, homely rooms, delicious and varied breakfast and dinner with a large selection, very good coffee and, of course, divine wines. The staff is kind in the morning, noon and evening, everyone is friendly! The wellness section was also very good for us and the children, as we were able to bathe even in bad weather. The surroundings are wonderful, the atmosphere of Badacsony is fantastic you can't compare it with anything, you have to try it!

We have been guests of the hotel countless times since 2014. Life goes on, the family has expanded, but a holiday in Badacsony and Hotel Bonvino is always a sure point. We have never been disappointed in the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the diverse, high-quality selection of gastronomy. This year we were in a room connected to the garden, which once again showed a new face to the hotel, as our toddler could immediately run out to the hotel's indoor playground. It is important that people with lactose and gluten sensitivities are taken into account, perhaps it would be worthwhile to extend this to diabetic guests with some sugar-reduced products as part of the generous breakfast. I hope that we can return to our favorite hotel as soon as possible! Thank you for everything!

Hotel is nice. Unfortunately placed in downtown near entertainment park. Be carefull if you do not like to listen loud music during the late night while in bed already. Check on wine festivals in Badascony before you make your reservation! Walkability: In the city centre. Food drinks: I would expect better quality of pastries for breakfast in four star hotel.
