Our visit to the park restaurant was a great experience. we started him with the aperitif in the hallway and the alfred gratien champagner. small ugly, the perfect start. in the park restaurant we were warmly welcomed. we chose the surprise menu and also the gluten-free variants was no problem for the kitchen team at all. each floor and also the greetings from the kitchen were individual and something special, super beautifully dressed and very delicious. the selected wee from the summerlier michael heine perfectly harmonized with the feed. the service was attentive without having to look too intrusive. a personal highlight was the cheese car that was presented and served at the table. our evening in the parking restaurant was just perfect!
The kitchen team under the leadership of paul stradner pamperes the hospitable with first-class pleasure experiences, which are of equal search in Germany. for me personally, two stars that paul stadner has are not necessarily a garant for "sensational cuisine." but here eating is delivered in a special class. every walk was an absolute pleasure.This pleasure experience was rounded off by a perfectly matched wine guide.Nowhere was the service around without if and but, very good and competent.The ambiente fits the hotel and offers a special charm - surely the team would be at most places of the world inappropriate and " fashioned," but in the flammer it is appropriate.I had the happy paulner alone!
We were on site yesterday and decided to join in the 5 gang show together with wine-guiding, once the vegetarian variants. when entering the restaurant, which is located in the park, you will immediately feel most royal. the service is nice and friendly. the food was a dream to expect. whether reddish, lamb, the sprinklers, the goose pot livers or the variation of the strawberries, all fantastic. the vegetarian menus of my wife also read no wish left. only the initially promised choice of dessert remained at the end. a small collage of the rich I add. the wine tasting was fantastic and perfectly tasted to the dressed. with coffee we were at the end just over 500 €. we found it dreamlike and speak a clear further recommendation.
We thought here as a group of friends for an evening drink. the atmosphere was relaxing and high-end. the service was exceptional and what was to be expected from a top-class establishment. there was a live pianist who entertained the guests what contributed to the atmosphere. I can only recommend the experience at the best.
