Le Jardin de France - Baden-Baden

Arrived at the restaurant, we pass a small magnificent courtyard, which directly places us in the atmosphere that reflects the raised interior. the foods were refined and the products were well prepared (until the elder soufflé, quite simply delicious). nothing was too much, but without being intrusive. we had a very pleasant evening, I can only recommend.

First, the atmosphere in a conservatory-like space was protzig and sterile - both the personal and the general ambiente. the personal was highly humble, uninformed, inattentive and not helpful. for example we have served our own water. the offer of the menu was simple and uninspired - duo from foie gras (two pieces only differently cut) with an overpowered apple compote, vegetables that overwhelms the delicate taste of the wolfsbarschs, and the lamb-carree, also overwhelmed by the olive-rive pairing excellent for the elder blossoms soufflés. overpriced and disappointing!

Located in the inner city, in the golden cross, is one of the top restaurants in Baden-Baden. the service, if not made by mdmbernard, is extremely cool! kitchen does not cook the star through ' recommended
