edelweiss - Bagnères-de-Bigorre

For a summer night in piau engaly we were recommended this restaurant of the station. pleasant reception, a lot of people in the resort and a little restaurant in the summer period, we were booked a table for 9:30, the temperature being fresh we chose for a raclette, good products, good wine recommended by the patron. the restaurant is well decorated, you are in a mountain chalet !!! the service is without fault, the staff is pleasant, the quality ratio is there. we were the last guests of the evening which allowed us to chat with the bosses and some shopkeepers of the station coming to have a drink, very nice, tasting of "marmotte breast" (digestif montagnard house,) very nice. !

Rendezvous place of the owners of the station and people of the valley we spend excellent moments at marc and sandrinela map is complete even in the summer we eat very well the service is ensured quickly despite the world if you want to spend a good time it is at the edelweiss that you have to go think to book because even in the summer they display a little more for the marmotte milk offered at the end of the meal

Stay in piau we have been very satisfied with this restaurant. ambience, kitchen, service .every day a lot of world. and smart people with whom to talk. ..

We came on a holiday a piau and we ate super well with a warmer welcome and with a theme parties like paella, bounty, reblochonnade etc. we admire the speed of service. we highly recommend this restaurant because you will not be disappointed.

I'm going there every time I'm in a row. The kitchen is good and the bosses are adorable but you have to review the map or organization because we waited for 1h15 our dish while we had reserved. more places are very tight and the tables lined that give a snack impression. not much to change to become a must-see address on piau.
