We found this family run restaurant serves exceptionally authentic food, and a pleasant experience. Nothing fancy, just hearty, and reasonably priced. The outside space was nice and quiet; the dishes are still prepared by the proud 86yo chef who seems to be much younger and still full of energy. His wife takes excellent care of diners, efficient with a smile. Although it was a very hot day we went for the traditional stuffed cabbage or sausage and cheese mash (aligot), expecting to feel a bit heavy afterwards, but not at all, easily digested proving that food was of good quality. Dessert was fabulous too, sort of pancake cooked on a skewer (broche cake royal). Large choice of coffees of different origines.
