We ordered a soup, a salmon pizza, and a charcuterie and cheese platter. The platter included 3 small cheeses and 5 types of charcuterie. The pizza was quite small for the price of $18. The soup was decent. Overall, we left the restaurant feeling hungry after spending $60.
After spending a night at the hotel, we decided to try the bistro before our whale watching tour the next day. Despite low expectations, we were pleasantly surprised by the decent food quality. The waitress was friendly, but had limited English skills and the menu was only in French. Thankfully, we were able to trade with a French-speaking diner to help us navigate the menu.
The service was average, the food was average, and the prices were average BUT it was the easiest and fastest place in the city. Two of us are vegetarian and decisions were limited. Lobster roll was good.
Our group had chicken parmesan and pickerel dinners plus a chef's salad. All of our food was excellent. Chicken came with a good portion of spaghetti with meat sauce that was quite good. Salad had many different vegetables. Prices were very fair averaging around $20....View of the water was gorgeous!
