Blue Umbrella - Baijnāth

Amazing is the only word I can say fo the food they serve. The chef is very talented but a super shy guy who would respond to a compliment with OK. He prepares everything so well and manages entire kitchen single handedly. I personally checked on their kitchen, they use all good quality products unlike many places in himachal who use chemical made ketchup , vinegar etc I had my best choco brownie here. The pizza, lime water, Frappuccino, masala chai were amazing too. Try their shombuja: fermented tea. It's tastier than normal tea. One can sit outside and watch many parachutes landing. Like colorful birds in sky. Improvement: Seating areas can be made better and comfy.

This was an amazing place to be in and relax while having delicious food and beverages such as lemon water, lemon soda, all kinds of tea's and coffee's. The pancakes and icecreams here are amazing too. So are the fresh cakes and momos. Everything here is good along with spectacular view of the mountains and the Paragliders flying and landing at the landing site. The sunset from this place is beautiful with a lemon water or tea in hand. Good place to rest for sometime during practice and a great place to eat. Must try all the dishes.

One of the best things in Bir after paragliding...this cafe will make your day..Withing a short stay of 2 days we tried almost everything we could. Vinod bhaiya and Asha aunty are way too humble and shy and super talented when it comes to cooking...We feel fortunate to have discovered such an amazing taste in Bir. We tried Veg maggie, Banana walnut cake , Momos, Mojito, Veg sandwich, Veg pulao with raita, Mushroom omelette, Cinnamon Toast, etc The owner is very lively and offered us the special fermented tea Kombucha a non alcoholic drink with a subtle alcoholic taste..cheers to teetotalers.. Surely a must visit cafe..might not look that much catchy but offers a beautiful view of landing site and mysterious mountains. Visi this cafe to pamper your tongue and calm your mind amidst nature..

Great coffee from a proper machine! You can sit outside and have a view on the paraglide landing zone : cake was very tasty and fresh. However they do not have their own toilet. They will send you to the public one.

They offer Delicious Brownies , a good place to eat at Bir Landing Site
