Chick-fil-a - Bainbridge

Food was cold. Ordered an 8 dollar large Mac and cheese and they only filled it half way. Waited 5 minutes for sweet tea refill. Service and food starting to deteriorate.

The order was accurate, the food was excellent, the service was prompt, and the hospitality was outstanding.

The food and service here are excellent, and the restaurant is very clean. However, I’m not a fan of having to wait in line for a refill.

Just like any other Chick-fil-A, the service here is fast, reliable, and consistent.

Ordered delivery. Was out for delivery for over 45 minutes. I canceled prior to the delivery being made because it was over an hour late. Food was not even made until after the latest estimated delivery time. If you can't provide realistic delivery periods then you shouldn't offer delivery.
