This restaurant is owned and managed by two industrious women who take great pride in their establishment. Callahan Land and Cattle is truly a gem! It's definitely worth leaving the interstate to enjoy delicious food in a beautifully restored building that showcases its original architecture. Highly recommended!
The cheeseburger was amazing, featuring jalapeño bread and avocado!
