My fiancée is from miami and he loves this place that says a lot. the Cuban sandwich is really good and everything else we tried here. the sweet kartoffel friars are so good! good arroz con leche also. the prices are very low for the portions and the quality of food.
Genuine Cuban cuisine that they can taste that Cuban love! I had a small caffe cubano to begin, and the piña colada with the meal. the pescado with a nice top is so delicioso. the black bores are on the spot and I love how they get the platanos maduros right! the service is as warm and sweet as to visit family that you like to see. as my man stuffed and had to have arroz con leche, and I can really say it is the best arroz con leche I had ever! the restaurant is original and very clean; there is a very modern feeling of an old pueblo. and there are the special ingredients of 'mama love' that in the food that really makes this Cuban restaurant so perfect.
Amazing little space! flavourful scum! service was also amazing! the sweet potato friars were the best I ever had! superb!
I ordered the cubano sandwich, my first. Thoroughly enjoyed. The fried plantains we're a bit bland, but nothing salt couldn't fix. While the service is warm and friendly, it is a bit slow. I'm not sure it was unique to our visit. But, if your lunch time is limited, you might see if you can call in your order. I'll be coming back to try many of the other items that sounded delicious. It's definitely a repeat.
