Contribuisci feedbackDominos has improved significantly. Although toppings are limited, I appreciate their specials and the availability of thin crust and gluten-free options. However, the overall menu is still overly focused on carbs.

Terrible experience. I placed a $50 order through the app and it was delivered to the wrong address. When I called, a girl answered in a very unprofessional manner, laughing and then hanging up on me. On my second call, I was told it was my problem and that nothing could be done. The employee even gave me a fake number for corporate, so when I finally reached them, I was told that nothing could be done since the store is independently owned. It was a waste of money and the staff was very immature and unprofessional.
The Carside Delivery timer was stopped at 17 seconds. I waited in my car for an additional 10 minutes before walking in the store to get the pizza myself. Literally not a single employee acknowledged me or offered to assist me. Only after an employee that came in after me signed back into the computer from her break did she then ask me if I needed any help. I showed her my phone with the Domino's app and the timer stopped and said that I'm still waiting. She then walked about the store in search of my pizza. It wasn't anywhere to be found. Not until she approached another employee and it was retrieved from the oven. After she brought it to me, I said that it wasn't even ready and that the timer was stopped for no reason. She stated that she didn't know and that she just got back from her break. The dishonesty with the app and the Carside Guarantee from this store is crazy. Nobody cares. All it would have taken is for a simple apology and something that resembled customer service for me to not leave this bad review. No apology, no manager to say anything whatsoever, not even acknowledging that they were wrong and dishonest. Yes, I used the 50% off coupon, but that doesn't mean that I'm suppose to receive 50% customer service.
This whole place needs to be shut down I can’t believe it’s still going. Rude and lazy management these people never answer their phones and when I mentioned it when I went down there the manager told me to order on line why when u guys are standing around doing nothing the manager had a bad attitude and the food there sucks it’s trash worse Domino’s in Bakersfield
