Domino's Pizza - Bakersfield

At the wrong place had to go quite far from the way to the brunch place. pizza was still beautiful and hot and workers were super friendly and courteous.

I ordered two hand tossed and got two thin crusts instead.

Was not in this domino’s about 2 years went back to try, and the people are still rude and unprofessional I just want them back

Beautiful that they have replaced my pizza that they have missed,

I order online a small pizza and some garlic bread twist when I got my order and it wasn’t completely what I order I got the pizza but then I got these cinnamon twist things. I called and asked for it to be fixed yk I understand things happen so they said they would be able to deliver my correct order. They never came I waited an hour or 2 and then called back at this point I just wanted my refund for the garlic bread. I called and a woman picked up the phone, she said they came by and called I told her I never received a call and no one came by my door I had my screen open when I was waiting. She said I was wrong and she gave the driver my number which I thought was wrong to give the driver my personal number. Anyways I asked for my refund and she keep saying no at first then she said my refund will be refunded in 3-5 business days I asked for her name she hung up so I called back then she argued with me not giving me her name. She finally gave me the name Kayla or makayla then hung up. I just find it rude that they messed up my online order then when I wanted them to fix it they were rude to me.
