Ordered doughnuts and ice tea. I didn't look but they just threw the doughnuts in upside down. The frosting was in the bag not on doughnut. Top it off not a napkin one. As for the doughnut it was good. The service needs some help. I asked for some sweet n low for the ice tea and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. Would have been a better visit if I had a napkin and the frosting on my doughnut.
Ordered a latte, donut and a bacon croissant for almost $13 drive thru. Gave my latte and donut waiting on my croissant. Lady waited open her window and said what are you waiting for?? I'm waiting on my croissant didn't pay $12 bucks for a drink and donut. Waited again gave my sandwich, no apologies nothing to say. Bad customer service.
Check your drive through orders. They forgot something that I had to drive back through to pick it up. Came home to find out they forgot the bacon on the avocado toast. They charged me for it.
I have been to this Dunkin Donuts multiple times and the service is horrible. The employees are the rudest people I have ever encountered at a Dunkin. Being from the East coast and going to Dunkin as a taste of home, this is a disgraces.
