El Charro - Bakersfield

Very good low key Mexican restaurant. My dad told us about this place, he came here back in the 80s when he was a truck driver. Their barbacoa is excellent and their flour tortillas taste freshly made(I didn’t ask if they were freshly made). Great and fast service!

Amazing chips and salsa great variety of drinks to choose from. my personal favorite is the carta Blanca the food is excellent every time. I recommend this restaurant next time you are in the area

This Lil place is a hidden treasure. Their meals are affordable and delicious.

Ordered the 2 item plate chili relleno and cheese enchilada to go with rice and beans it was really good will definitely go back and eat in the restaurant
