Little Caesars Pizza - Bakersfield

The employee I originally interacted with was no longer present, yet they still kept my money. I certainly won't be coming back to this disorganized place. On top of that, I overheard two male employees arguing in the back and using profanity, which felt unprofessional and is certainly not something customers want to hear.

I really love this pizza and appreciate its convenient location near my home. However, I've noticed that they seldom have hot and ready pizzas available, and my online orders are often delayed. The staff is friendly, but it seems they could benefit from more assistance to serve customers more efficiently and increase pizza production to better meet the needs of our community.

This restaurant is quite disappointing. The phone is rarely answered, and when someone finally did pick up, their response was a lackluster "yeah." It's hard to believe! The staff making the pizza seem unable to follow basic instructions. Where’s the manager while all of this is going on?

First time going to that little Caesar?s location. Pizza was so DRY and STALE. Very disappointed!..

Food is ok. Service is slow but what is most bothersome is that they are ALWAYS LATE completing online orders. They have taken up to 30 minutes past the completed time given.
