We shared veggie chow mein, Mongolian soy beef, and scallops king oyster mushrooms. The food was layered with distinct flavors. My honey was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I feel like I found a satisfying vegan opinion we both can enjoy. We will definitely return and try something new.
Dined in and then did take out the next day. If I lived in Bakersfield, I would eat here at least once per week. Dreamimg about tofu katsu. Every dish was spectacular!!!
This was one of the best vegan places I’ve ever tried! The food was amazing, would definitely recommend! 10/10
Wanted to like this place more than I did. We came here after learning that Vida, our usual vegan stopover in Bakersfield, closed. (RIP)The food could use a lot of improvement. For one thing, a lot of the $12 dishes had very small portion sizes. The flavor was pretty C grade also; some dishes, like the green beans, were wildly over-salted. Many were just solidly “meh” — some tofu with sauce dumped over it. Nothing special and certainly nothing that should be $14 and billed as an “entree.”Overall a B- experience. It’s several hours later and I’m still trying to quench my thirst from the over-salted food.
Some of the best vegan food I've had. It's become a tradition to stop and stuff ourselves on our way back from
