Starbucks - Bakersfield

I visited yesterday and purchased an espresso bean bag, but the gentleman hadn't ground it properly for my espresso machine. I returned the next day, and Nancy, the manager, addressed the issue immediately. She apologized, disposed of my old bag, and provided me with a new one, allowing me to continue with my day. I just want to express my gratitude to Nancy for her professionalism; I truly appreciate it! Thanks to the team for being such great baristas—you all are fantastic!

Great Starbucks! I had some time to spare on an early Friday morning and tried the new Chocolate Cream Cold Brew. It was quite good. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. Just a heads up, you'll need a code to access the restroom. It wasn't too busy around 5-6 AM, and they also have a drive-thru. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

This Starbucks is pretty typical. It features an outdoor patio, but only one table has a canopy for shade. Furthermore, the door that connects the dining area to the patio is locked and is only meant for emergency exits, as explained by the barista. Although the staff was efficient, they lacked a warm and friendly demeanor.

Starbucks, you better watch out! For the past three days, my iced matcha has been only half full and the rest is just foam—not even reaching the top. I asked one of the baristas to fill it up more once, and she looked absolutely shocked. At this rate, I might just stick with Dunkin, because they never forget to fill my drink!

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and brought drinks promptly. However, there was a problem: there were no outlets available to charge my devices. I planned to do some schoolwork, but my laptop ran out of battery because the table I was at wasn't connected to any power source. I had to switch to using my phone to continue.
