I waited for nearly 30 minutes for service at the restaurant, which I did not appreciate.
Being a Subway, you can expect the food quality to be consistent. However, our recent experiences have been disappointing. They have been out of various types of bread and ingredients, and struggle to accommodate substitutions without calling for help. On top of that, the last few times we visited, the place was empty with only one person working.
They left my sandwich to the side and worked on customers who came to me. I complained and the manager got mad at me. in any case not back. I
Bad customer service!! Serenity sucks she kept Letting other customers cut and kept going to the back multiple times. I was there for one sandwich and and there was 4 customers in front. Spent almost 35 minutes waiting to get helped horrible service from her part she sucks.
