Umi Sushi Sake - Bakersfield

I've been here several times and always leave feeling satisfied. The sushi is of a higher quality than most places in Bakersfield, and the staff is extremely attentive. I absolutely love this restaurant and will keep coming back!

This restaurant is a fantastic stop on the way from Los Angeles to San Francisco. The food is consistently good, with a wide variety of sushi options available. Ray provided excellent service, and I highly recommend this place!

We visited for the first time today. There was only one server, but she was incredibly warm and attentive, handling everything with grace. The food was excellent—full of flavor and remarkably fresh. I definitely plan to return!

So we came here to eat. had never heard of this place, but my daughter found it and decided to try it. the food was sooo good from the appetizers (gyoza and takoyaki) to the various rolls we ordered to drink the sizzling bulgogi dish to the alcohol we tried. nothing disappointed and what made our experience so much better was our server ray. So attentive to our table, gave suggestions and it was just a wonderful experience. it is worth visiting this place. we will certainly recommend this place to our friends and it will not be the only time that we also go. thanks again for a great experience

This place was fantastic! Clean and very open with plenty of seating. I will be bring my family here many more times because the menu is huge and there are several more rolls I want to try. Good sushi costs and like I said the place was fantastic but its not so expensive that this place has to be relegated to special occasions only. I will need to check for a happy hour or lunch special. The spoon of green stuff is real wasabi and not green horse radish paste. There is a small up charge for them to bring out the real stuff and I thought it was quite good. Get yourselves in here and have a wonderful meal.
