Mammies Kitchen - Bakersville

My family visits the mountains 3-4 times a year and we always make sure to stop by Mammie's Kitchen. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. During our last visit, we arrived at 11:00 a.m. when they had just switched to serving lunch. However, the cook kindly agreed to make us breakfast since we were not locals. The staff are all very friendly. If you're searching for a tasty meal at an affordable price, I highly recommend checking out Mammie's Kitchen in Bakersville, NC.

I had the most amazing burger at Mamie's Kitchen - it was truly the best I've ever had anywhere. The homemade potato chips were also delicious.

I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and it was amazing. I highly recommend it. The staff is always friendly, especially Rusty who is the sweetest person every time I visit.

I couldn't be happier with this place. they've certainly solved their game! breakfast pastries after oil change at johns. they even made my sohn mickey mouse pancake. that was a happy little customer. if the foods so well they need a nod. excellent prices! we will be back for more! many thanks! the french toast? the servier sizes were huge! only at $5/plate. I love this place, great people. we had a wonderful waitress, her little opa was next to us and such a nice man.

Great little diner. Our server was awesome and patient. I've always wanted to try this place when I'm up in the area and Friday was the day. Nice home cooking kind of feel and the people were very nice and joyful.
