Guzman Y Gomez Bakewell

Ordered a nachos fries with ground beef, but instead ended up with chicken. Presentation of the food has been poor like it has just been thrown together with no care factor. Compared to the new store which has opened in Stuart Park, Bakewell needs to pick up their A game again.

Very disappointing. I ordered regular nachos chicken with side chicken but it was less than half chicken in side chicken container. Food is good and tasty but they really need to work on quantity. We can’t pay 6 dollar for 3 pieces chicken.

Very little meat, only a dizzle of sour cream and even when confirmed at purchase if quacumole came with it, when I got home no quacumole. Slow cooked beef nacho’s What meat there was was very bland. It tastes like cardboard. Way over priced for the quality of this meal

I have been a few times to get takeaway chips and asked for without seasoning and salt because I'm giving them to my child. everytime they give me cold chips with seasoning and salt. This happens everytime I go through the drive thru but interestingly does not happen when I order in store. I think the chips would be good if I ever got them hot. I have also ordered nachos which are ok but the corn chips are always soggy probably due to the topping sitting on the chips for too long before being served.

Most disorganised, unprepared franchise. Only existing on the fact they are the only GYG in Darwin. Poor service. Long wait times I was even overlooked in the drive through. It's extremely poor when they miss an entire vehicle. I went straight to another fast food outlet.
