The restaurant is located near a calm pond with a silt layer close to the shore. Children can swim in the beach area where there may be sand on the bottom. Ducks, seagulls, water chickens, and other wildlife can be found in the area. However, be aware of the mosquitoes that come out in the evening.

Located in the coastal estate of Grebnevo, which is now a private area, there is a sort of boarding house with houses, water transport rental, restaurants, gazebos, and more. On weekends, the place gets quite crowded with people enjoying the amenities. The locals mainly relax on the peninsula islands, which offer a few spots for swimming. The best sandy beach on the peninsula, surrounded by pine trees, is visible from the estate and can be accessed from Novaya Sloboda. The sunsets there are also quite stunning. The area is known for its fish, with perch, pike, and bleak being common catches. Many visitors come back year after year to enjoy the surroundings and fishing opportunities. Overall, it's a nice place to spend a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

In winter, the view is beautiful, in summer, the water is very dirty !!! Do not swim , !!!
