Contribuisci feedbackThe food at this restaurant is amazing and the cashier, Ben, is always helpful. However, the customer service could use some improvement. They rarely answer the phone, only accept cash, and their website and ordering app are not very reliable. Delivery times also vary. Despite these issues, the food is excellent and I recommend picking it up yourself.
I contacted the restaurant and was placed on hold by a male staff member. I was unable to hear the entire conversation and he did not return to the phone, so I eventually disconnected the call. I attempted to call back 15 minutes later, but the phone was still off the hook and did not ring at all. In all honesty, the service was unacceptable.
The spice bags were disappointing, with no vegetables or anything else included. The chicken was tough and hard to digest. The curry sauce was rated 4 out of 5. The chow mein was also not up to par. The kitchen appeared dirty. I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant again.
Ordered over the phone about 30 minutes before closing and they happily accommodated us. It was a large enough order including chicken skewers, bbq ribs, soup, noodles and vegtables, everything was piping hot on collection. Packaging was clean and bagged nicely. The sauces where what I remember tasting as a kid in a restaurant and the chicken and rib quality was on point. The prawn crackers where so crisp and fresh. The meal was very filling. We enjoyed our takeout.
It is quiet hard to see their description menu in full on samsung tablet and galaxie phone. can see it on a large screen desktop. call them in the rule, as for delivery no great experience.
