Lovely quirky little place off Pleasant Street.<br/ <br/ Serving good coffee and really nice cake. I couldn't choose what I wanted so I went with the tasting plate.<br/ <br/ It's small but even if there's lots of people in here you don't feel overwhelmed.
Such a cute little cafe hidden away behind daintree on Camden Street. For a hot summers day this place would be ideal you can sit outside in their small yet beautiful garden area. Today however it was raining so everyone was confined to the cafe which was tight, but cosy!<br/ <br/ Being adventurous I went for the spiced tea which consisted of tumeric, honey and black pepper let's say it was unusual. I didn't love it but didn't hate it either. <br/ <br/ I didn't get anything to eat today but from previous visits I've tried several of their sweet treats and cakes all delicious! Rightly so, it is the Cake Cafe after all!
Just got back to the office after eating here and really wish I hadn't had to leave. I had a very simple looking but seriously tasty mackerel salad. It was served with deliciously sweet brown bread, moist with a lovely crunchy crust. 18 degrees in the suntrap courtyard helped. Great little spot.
I love it here. Such a cute hidden gem. Lovely little garden area to sit outside and the food is lovely. Really love their homemade baked beans, so so delicious, as are all the homemade cakes and buns
