The customer service here is poor in drive thru and front desk. Employees will look you dead in your face and walk away (evening crew . Right now the employees are all in the back talking but no one I?d saying ? we?ll be right with you.? I know we?re in a ?panini? but bad customer service sucks all around. Please Do better.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The food was prepared quickly and served hot—my order was ready in just 30 seconds! I was in and out in less than two minutes. I highly recommend this place!

The pizza is good. But the waiting time is terrible. It took 30 minutes from the start to pick up. I ordered in the store and they started cooking 20 minutes after my order. There was no line at all.

Ordered a cheese pizza and a ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni pizza. What I got was a burnt cheese pizza with no sauce and a regular pizza. I will not order from this location again.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I've been here about five or six times, and each time they get my order wrong. The wait time on weekends is usually around an hour, and even during the week, I’ve faced the same issues. My orders are either incorrect, the pizza is messy, or it isn’t cut properly. To make matters worse, the female staff members often appear unkempt, wearing slippers and without proper uniforms. They make the pizzas and cut them without gloves, aprons, or hair nets. When I’ve addressed mistakes with my orders, they’ve been quite dismissive. Will I come back? Absolutely not.
