They completely jacked up our order that I payed $60+ for and when I tried to call to inform them of the mistake and they refused to answer their phones. This is completely unprofessional and no way to run a business. Go to a real chicken place like Chicken Express, at least they aren't a bunch of amateurs.

Everything I wanted they was out of. When I changed it to something else they was out of that. Finally I just left without anything. Not the fault of the workers who take the orders but whoever orders from the warehouse needs to make sure they order correctly.

They are really slow when they arent exactly busy. I fundamentally disagree with the concept of Louisiana fast.

Yuli was really patient and kind throughout the whole time and helped me order.

Broken toilet ,water on the floor. Food was horrible.
