Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Today, as I was paying. I smelled a burning smell .As we ate our food in the car, it definitely tasted burnt. Maybe the grease was old today or something. This is the 1st time I've experienced this, and we come here at least once a week. This place is normally good. Always good customer service and very fast despite the long times at times.

The order initially was promised for delivery of 8p, it kept getting pushed further out. Finally arrived about 840p.

Busting 10/10 would eat again had me moanin and groanin

I've never liked chicken fingers before but I absolutely love the chicken fingers here...the sauce everything else they serve. Love it. Can't get enough.

Very unprofessional. The gentleman at the register completely ignored me. I was waiting behind a couple while he was taking there order, once he finished with him, he took off to clean tables. Just left me there waiting. The other staff behind didn't help either, I finally had to ask someone for help. What's worse is I was there to pick up a large catering order. Basically, it shows none of the staff cared one bit for my business.
