Whataburger - Balch Springs

Atmosphere was comfortable. Food was great as always. The young man that was placing our online order on the tray as we approached the counter was named Christian M. (I made sure to ask) He presented himself in such a friendly and inviting way thatcreated a pleasant experience.

Horrible service! Waited 30 minutes to get my food and my order was wrong!

This place is so quite, literally. No hello or welcome, just people starting at you. Food was great, delicious, the best burger ever! ????????????

As always this place is so yummy to eat at every time I go to Texas we have to go to Whataburger. Their food is really good I just wish sometimes they would get our order correct instead of having to drive back to get our order fixed. But other than thatthe burgers are great and the fries are good. And their little ketchup packets are pretty cute. And they're big drinks are sobig. Definitely will be seeing you again Whataburger when I head back to Texas.

Worst whataburger I have been to. Took 15 minutues for takeout when the restaurant was not busy. Employees can be seen standing around looking at their phones and gabbing. When I finally got my burger it was SLATHERED in mayonnaise.
