Mcdonald's - Bald Knob

The experience was nothing extraordinary, but sometimes familiarity and predictability are exactly what you need after a long day on the road. I opted for a combo meal, and while the fries were satisfying, they were a bit too salty for my taste. The staff at the drive-thru were efficient, courteous, and friendly, which I appreciated. My food was served to me promptly. I would definitely stop by again if I'm in the area.

The staff member I encountered was quite rude and disrespectful. However, the food was good. She became upset because she had to deliver the food in the pouring rain.

The restaurant is extremely dirty and not a pleasant place to visit. The service was very poor. I suggest you keep going and get back on the highway. The floors were wet and there was trash scattered everywhere!

Night manager was so out of line and rude! I ordered off the app and was charged but when i got there i was told my food wasnt there and told to leave immediately. She wouldnt let me explain or anything

This mcdonalds is lousy went thru drive thru .was told to proceed to pay.when I got to the window .my order was not placed by the order taker.and when I call to complain received nothing but attitude .
