Burger King - Baldwin Park

Excellent service. The food prices are reasonable. The play area is well-maintained, and my grandchildren absolutely love visiting!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The manager was very attentive and ensured I felt taken care of when I let her know that some of my food was missing. Mistakes can happen, but I was a bit hesitant about returning since many places can be unwelcoming after such incidents. However, the way she handled the situation was impressive, and I will definitely continue to support this business.

When I visited BK during my shift, the restaurant was extremely busy. The new cash register contributed to the longer wait times, but the staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to ordering. I noticed a few customers had been waiting quite a while for their meals. The shift manager quickly addressed the situation, coming over to assist those who had been waiting. She apologized for the delay and graciously offered a complimentary side of onion rings to make amends. This level of customer service is impressive, and it definitely makes me want to return! Additionally, the BK-king and chicken fries were delicious!

Drive-thru is pretty slow, food is good and expensive but. Almost every time I order Pommes here, there is still something else fried food on the bottom of the carton, such as onion rings or perpetrators. This is not necessarily a bad thing, in fact I find it a little amusing.

This is my absolute favorite Burger Kings store. The store manager is so friendly and she is so good at what she does. She puts pride into her work, and it really shows. I can tell all her employees are lucky to have her. The food was amazing, everything fresh and hot.
