Ordered for delivery. Received with missing items, when I contacted the store, the person on the other line said to just pick-up the missing items.

They took really long to acknowledge that I was stopped at the drive-through, then took the other lane's order first. I kept saying hello, and then they finally said hi back. But then they disappeared for a few minutes. When they finally began taking my order, I had to keep repeating myself over over.I told them I had a coupon, and they were confused, but then said they understood. I went to pay they were charging the full price. I told them I wanted to use the physical coupon they were so confused about what to do. They got the manager he asked if I wanted to add what was on the coupon (a free hamburger) in addition to what was on my order. I told him that all I was doing was trying to use the coupon for the hamburger on my order. Thankfully, he understood handled it.

Norma cannot speak English- if she is the manager she should be able to just a little at least. Very rude and dismissive. Never again!
