Panda Express - Baldwin Park

The meal didn’t come with my fortune cookies, which was disappointing. However, the service was quick, and the food was decent. The restaurant has a nice appearance from the outside. I also appreciate that Panda Express doesn't overcrowd the seating—at least for now.

I don?t know if they do this on purpose, but whenever food is ordered through an app, any food service app, and it includes a party platter, it?s like they?re too lazy to make it. every single time they cancel the order like two hours later. i?ve never had this problem going to the actual restaurant. it NEVER takes this long. why accept an order if you?re not even gonna bother fulfilling it. it?s frustrating and annoying.

Service was good and quick. However, having to dig through a pile of ? just to find a single piece of beef? Earned 1 ?

Literally everything was wrong in my order. they were also from sooo many things, I had to replace everything I wanted for something else, just so that they would give me my order COMPLETELY wrong. and to make it bad, I got food poisoning!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Panda Express. I recommend looking for a different location. Whether you order delivery or go through the drive-thru, they consistently mess things up and forget items, including sauces. It’s frustrating, and they need to improve their service.
