They offer the usual types of meats. On the side you get your basil, bean, sprouts, and lemons. The broth has a somewhat sweet flavor, but is very enjoyable. They have chili paste, and. Sriracha for your soup. Their bánh mì sandwiches are delicious and hot. Offer several drinks to complement your meal. The staff was friendly, attentive and happy to help with our needs. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area.
Been wanting to drop by this place for a while, so we decided to went there. Looks like it is a family business because only 1 waitress was working and one cook in kitchen! So the food arrival was super slow...but then again, it's patience that needs to be tested. It's a bit pricey for the dishes we ordered for that portion...the soup and rice dishes were acceptable; however, the temperature was not hot enough, especially for the soup. There were only three tables with customers in the whole big place; and it looks quiet...when we requested for the bill, the waitress did not want to accept card (even though they indicated that they accepted card) asked for cash...luckily, we have just enough cash to pay for the dinner... as a result, 2 stars were given between the wait and temperature of the food.
The food is fresh to order, has pretty good flavor ? we all enjoyed our
We love the banh mi's here! Best pho in Bp! Let's help make them more busy! The food is decently priced and the portions are good for what you pay when you dine in. They are always quick with service. So far we have tried the spring rolls, bbq pork rolls, pho, vermicelli bowls (which are like pho without the broth, and fish sauce that you pour over), and of course the banh mi. The egg rolls are super crispy and the filling tastes great, I wish they gave more lettuce to wrap with, but you can easily ask for more. The spring rolls and bbq pork rolls were good. Lots of veggies and good amount of protein wrapped in a good size roll. Their pho broth tastes great compared to the other pho spots in BP, and they put a good amount of meat fixings. The vermicelli dish is one of my favorites. If you like a fresh, bright, flavor explosion when you eat, then I recommend trying it. It is basically, as stated above, pho without the broth. It has a lot of veggies and you add grilled meat of your choice, basil leaves and then you pour the yummy fish sauce over and enjoy. The banh mis here are full of meat. A lot of places put more veggies, but not here. The meat is the star of the show and the veggies are not lackluster. Doesn't matter which meat you choose, they are all seasoned/marinated well and the veggies that they add are a wonderful addition. We add basil leaves and jalapeños to it (chefs kiss). And they're like $7-$8!!!! They have a lot of tables, so no long waits, and they are clean and not overly crowded with furniture. It's pretty typical in terms of decor, for a pho place, but clean and organized. The staff is sweet. And super attentive and laid back. They don't make you feel awkward when you ask for extra things. I appreciate that the most.
