Carvel - Baldwin

This Carvel location is awful and the staff is very unfriendly. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a Carvel and I will not be returning.

The service sucked and the place was small. Selection was limited and i felt that they just wanted my money and for me to get out of their store after they got what they wanted. Would not recommend anyone to go there unless you didn't have a choice.

Took long and after 2 toppings on a banana float the additional toppings are 60cents each per topping but had promotion of buy one and get one half off Wednesday is buy Sunday get one free

What happened to this restaurant ? It smells really bad in here and is extremely dirty( smell like a sneeze or bacteria) . Please fix this restaurant the previous owners made sure this restaurant was in tip top shape with the freshest ice cream coming out of the machines now I refuse to return to the store until something is done by the smell.

I had a fantastic experience at this Carvel store, particularly with Julie. I needed a custom sheet cake with a photo for a birthday party in just 2 days, and it turned out beautifully. The cake was a hit at the party - everyone loved it and it tasted delicious. Thank you so much for helping make our celebration complete with the perfect cake!
