Ocean Basket Ballito

Fresh, yummy seafood with friendly staff and a magnificent sea view. Highly recommended when visiting Ballito. I enjoyed the 3 way calamari with salad and my husband had grilled dorado with mixed veggies. Delicious.

Stunning location, delicious food and friendly service. I had told the waitress that we were there for my parents 52nd wedding anniversary. At the end of the meal I was ordering dessert and then asked if they do anything for special occasions, she said just ice cream and went to get it.. The Manager, Perfect was his name, had spoken to us when we arrived and kept checking up.. my dad told him it 's their wedding anniversary... Perfect made this ordinary lunch feel so memorable and my parents felt really special after he brought out a lovely dessert with the 'Happy 52nd Anniversary '. It 's these little things that leave a great lasting impression on patrons.. And keeps us going back and more importantly telling our friends and family about our experience. Thank you Perfect, for being an awesome manager!!

As always, ocean basket never fails to impress. <br/ <br/ If you’re a sushi fan, the salmon roses are always an excellent choice and this franchise didn’t fail to deliver!

We accidentally reached this place after Mozambik was crowded and Gianni’s was getting renovated. Eating with an ocean view is a surreal experience. We ordered the platter for 2 and it had a good variety. The mussels and prawns were the best cooked and tasted awesome. The carafe of lemonade kept us refreshed

I'm not a fan of Ocean Basket, but this particular branch has managed to change my mind. The food cannot dissapoint and the setting is so surreal looking out over the ocean.
