The service at the counter could use a bit of improvement, as they occasionally announce the wrong order number.
The delivery is quite slow, taking nearly an hour from when it shows as "Out for Delivery" to when it actually arrives.
1. **Fly Problem:** The restaurant has a significant fly infestation that really detracts from the dining experience. I hope they can improve their food sanitation and safety measures to tackle this issue. 2. **Greasy Floors:** The floors are persistently greasy, no matter the time of day. This is quite off-putting and suggests a lack of proper cleaning standards. 3. **Rude Staff:** One staff member has an unfriendly attitude. It was especially noticeable when they raised their voice at customers who didn’t respond quickly enough after being called. 4. **Unclean Restrooms:** The restrooms are not well-maintained and lack proper ventilation, which can be quite unpleasant for patrons. 5. **Closed Second Floor:** The second floor is closed to save on electricity and cleaning, yet the first floor often feels overcrowded. 6. **Dirty Glass Walls:** The glass walls are stained and need cleaning, making the dining area feel less welcoming. 7. **Parking Issues:** The parking attendant often requests coins. On one occasion, I handed him 5 pesos, but he insisted on a 20-peso charge for parking. I recommend the management rethink the need for a parking attendant and consider hiring security personnel for better assistance. 8. **Air Conditioning Needs Repair:** The air conditioning system is in need of maintenance, as it’s not functioning effectively. Overall, I truly hope management addresses these concerns to enhance the dining experience for future customers.
Instead of calling out your order number, they ask you to keep an eye on the monitor to see if your number is being served. This can be quite inconvenient if you're sitting far from the counter, as you'll have to make multiple trips back and forth. In all fairness, one of the staff members did help us after we expressed our disappointment. We hope they can find a better system in the future.
