Fika Coffee Brewers - BALLARAT CENTRAL

We had lunch here through the week. The menu is quite small but the food we tried was a little unusual and very tasty. Unfortunately, although we were there as a couple, one of the dishes was served well before the other which made sharing a little difficult. It was not really busy so I am not sure why this happened. The waitress herself was friendly and also apologetic about the delay. Coffee was good and the place was light and airy.

I love Fika. Great coffee and fantastic food. Unfortunately I am horrified that the coffee I ordered when dining in today was in a takeaway cup. Table water arrived in takeaway cups. All around me people were dining in, multiple takeaway coffee cups on the table, eating out of their disposable takeaway boxes. This is extremely disappointing. Single-use plastic everywhere I looked. We need to be better than this.

Just visited Fika cafe driving through Ballarat . Five star experience with coffee and food . Highly recommended !

Excellent coffee and a beautiful warm friendly cafe. The food was delicious and the staff were wonderful

So don’t get me wrong.....Fika is a lovely cafe with great food, coffee and staff BUT they recently put the price of their coffees up which has now lost me as a customer. I was charged $4.50 for a regular takeaway latte in my own keepcup! In my opinion, especially when one brings their own cup just way too expensive. Some cafes in Ballarat are getting just a bit too greedy! There’s plenty of cafes with great coffee who give discount for your own cup.
