The venue manager thought i was being smart ass when I was serious about the 1.5 distancing, that is because I am autistic and originally do not like people close to me in the first place and I only go out fortnightly. Secondly I have taken many new comers and friends and family to zagames and this manager is so unappreciative about customers. He only cares about his Indian community which I find very discriminating I have seen it, others have seen it. And i got banned for an issue that had nothing to do with me in the first place only to do with covid rules of people from the other side of melbourne and I was with my CARER at the time while he tells me I have been prevously banned I was let in anyway to eat my meal and play kino with my mother, he just comes up to us with no valid reason and tells us to get out, makes a scene and calls security, serously I will just get a phyciatrist letter and phycologist letter on how much anxiety he has caused for me that day that was supposed to be a relaxing friday afternoon out, unbelievable even the witnesses knew we did nothing wrong he just says we are banned get out, guys dont trust zagames ballarat anymore I have also called the CEO he does not care about our case, I am also on DSP and rarely go out he just thought i was being smart when i was defending myself. And also we respected and followed covid rules and the rules where lifted, rules change all the time and this venue manager cannot take constructive critism and he is very immature and judgemental of my disability. Discrimination at its finest, he does not like white woman either and he does not know his customers if they have a disability or not hes just so immature, I can barely see him running a good venue at all and gets easily offended to customers advice.

Went to this place for a drink and a play on the pokies Was like pulling teeth to get a drink, and unfriendly staff in general Better you go down the road to The Red Lion

We had a 'Pick up ' Family dinner. Excellent value. The steak was cooked so well, and even when we arrived home (20 minutes drive) it was still beautiful and tender. The Lemon Meringue Dessert was incredible. It was a very busy night for them, and they accidentally missed one of our desserts in the order. I called the restaurant, and one of the Managers hand delivered a bottle of wine and a replacement dessert with their sincerest apologies. We will definitely order from them again. Such exceptional food and service.

Great venue for families with young children who need to be kept occupied vin their Great play area Terrific service, excellent feed.

This restaurant is perfect for families. The kids have fun play areas. The food is delicious and you can order from your table. We will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
