Gloria Jean’s Coffees - Ballarat

We had an early lunch and the person who served us was wonderful and patient when my teenager couldn't decide how he wanted his cooler. She said she could mix the ice with the milk, etc., and the cream on... above. For us it was a great service.

Slowly too slow service. The place is a mess. Drinks we ordered weren't great. Service at the Rude. The person responsible seems to annoy their employees.

The service was excellent and very polite. I ordered an ice cream, which was delicious. I will definitely return soon.

I ordered a sandwich at lunchtime, but the selection was limited. It was just a generic sandwich. The rest of the menu consisted mainly of coffee and cake. The service was below average, with several mistakes in my order. Despite the comfortable seating and attractive ambiance, nothing else stood out.

Have had coffee here on multiple occasions and have always been pleased. The team are friendly and fast and the coffee tastes fantastic.
