Louey Soong Chinese Take Away

The dim sims and spring rolls at this restaurant are the best in Victoria. Forget about the inferior options in South Melbourne, this place is worth the trip to Ballarat to stock up. It's recommended to call ahead and pre-order if you plan on stocking up. Please note that as of May 2022, they are no longer open for lunch and there have been reports of a change in ownership.

You won't find better spring rolls anywhere else! The fried rice is amazing and the complimentary extras are a nice touch.

I have been going to Louey Soong for as long as I can remember and I have to say it is the best Chinese food I have had, their menu is only small but what they have they do very well, the staff are always friendly and price is good value. Highly recommended.

Everything on this menu is yummy, but my favourites are the Spring Rolls and Dim Sims. Staff are friendly and waiting time is minimal.
