Firehouse Subs Westview

Got the Italian sub and the meatball sub. Both delicious. Bread was fresh and soft. Meat was good. Ordered online- ready on time.

Waiting for my doctor visit nearby, stopped in for a cold soda and a/c while waiting for appointment time.

Normally I enjoy my trips because the food is great. This time my food was bad but the service was worse. The cashier had a attitude and was disrespectful when taking the order. When I wife asked a question about the sub sizes he told her she needed to look they were in front of her. Then when I ordered he didn't even care to get my order instead he just put what he wanted and I got a plain sub. After he took the ordered he stormed off to complain to his coworker in Spanish. I won't be returning atleast to this specific location because my money is clearly not valued.

Will never be a customer a Firehouse Subs again. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with the slaw on the side and they charged an additional for getting the slaw on the side. Granted $1 isn't much, it's the principle of it. I even called their headquarters office give my opinion they never called back I also followed up online again, no response.

Love this place, the staff is super friendly and they have never gotten my order wrong despite my crazy customizarions.
