Supermac's - Ballina

Tried couple times to order there after long hours on my job. They had some OK burgers but I was not a particular fan of their burger sauce. Waiting time from ordering-getting food, between 10-15 min. Staff is really friendly.

We recently booked a cinema and supermacs party for my daughters 8th birthday I thought I was getting an amazing deal. According to their poster you get, cinema ticket, meal,ice cream, toy (including special toy for birthday boy/girl)balloons, supermacs bunny visit, face painting,colouring competition. We got. Cinema ticket, meal and ice cream. A boyish toy(mostly all girls)half the kids had left had to ask for them(no special toy for my daughter)and a colouring sheet each. One child didn't get one. No balloons, no bunny, no face painting. I asked about the face paints as kids were excited and was told by very apologetic member of staff that unfortunately there was no one there to do it. (Same with the bunny) this to me is just false advertising we didn't get what I thought we were paying for and I'm really annoyed about it all could have just taken the kids to kids club! I appreciate that the staff were run of their feet but don't book a party and promise kids face paints and balloons ect if you can't deliver. Very disappointed and won't be back again even for a burger which is a shame cos we all loved supermacs.

Well up to snuff in this chain, great food, great staff, great value for money, cannot recommend this chain highly enough

I absolutely love this place, the food is excellent, the pizza are made from scratch infront of you but the snack box meal is the best fried chicken you will ever taste, very clean, plenty of seating, order at the till then staff will bring it to your table.

Ordered pizza and it was delivered to our seats. See the locals there of the town. Was filled with families and school kids. Clean.
