Ballina Fishermen's Co-op

Today was my first visit to this restaurant, but my partner had been before after traveling from Queensland for the day. We ordered calamari, chips, and homemade tartar sauce, all served with very friendly service. The food was excellent - not greasy, perfectly cooked, and probably the best calamari I've ever had from a fish and chip shop. We will definitely be returning.

I was in Sydney and wanted to surprise my best friend in Lennox Head with seafood for her birthday. The staff was very helpful and recommended a seafood dish. I decided on prawns, squid, and oysters. My friend's sister agreed to be in on the surprise. The dish was beautifully presented and delicious, much to the birthday girl's delight! The only downside was that I couldn't be there to share it. Thank you for making this surprise possible.
