Mcdonald's - Ballina

Just a quick stop for breaky. Nice and clean and the service was polite and quick. Had no issues with my order and the coffee was spot on.

I was pleasantly surprised by this McDonald's location. They were quick in preparing my online order and it was evident that their team worked efficiently. The restaurant was also very clean, which is not always the case at other McDonald's near me. The fries were hot and perfectly salted, the burgers were fresh and hot, and the ice cream and apple pies were delicious. Overall, a job well done by McDonald's. My only request is for the veggie burgers to make a comeback.

I just want to give a shoutout to the kind lady working at the first window this morning (Wednesday, April 6th around 11am). Even though the drive-thru was busy, she provided us with excellent service in a polite manner and with a smile on her face, which was much appreciated. Great customer service! I didn't catch her name, but if anyone from the restaurant reads this and knows who she is, please let her know she's doing a fantastic job! Also, the person who made my iced chai that day nailed it, so kudos to them as well!

I'm not sure if it has declined in quality recently, but this McDonald's has consistently been pretty good over the years. I always stop here off the highway when traveling, and I find that the burgers here are better than any other McDonald's in Brisbane.
