The Roberts Cove Inn Gastro

This place has gone downhill fast . The food was not good . The manager was quite unpleasant , we dis not feel very comfortable there . Glad to leave and will not be back .

Food was absolutely substandard for prices charged Since the new management food has gone downhill Card machine is always down also which is always dodgy sign

Waited a hour for buger chips ,chips burger was cold when it finally arrived, told waitress she took it back ,said she would get another 1, i told her i wasn't prepared to wait another hour,my husband's chips were cold he sent them back his chicken burger was warm not hot,i will not be returning again to the Robert's cobh inn, i thought it would of been a nice jester to send a coffee over to our table. while my husband eat his burger

Amazing. We had a nice walk through the Cove, when stumbled upon this gem of a gastrobar. I started with a seafood chowder, wifey ordered a Goulash, both came out a bit slow, but they were rich in flavour and piping hot! My steak was just as well done as I like it (it seems I’m not mature enough for a rare stake, and I don’t want to), and my better halves burger was as big as her head. Staff is very friendly, mainly composed of locals. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

I was very disappointed with the food at this restaurant. The fish and chips were expensive at €18.50 and the chips were thin and cold. The fish was greasy and the peas were cold. The sparkling water was flat and the onion rings were cheap and frozen, costing €4 per portion. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It's a shame because the village is beautiful.
