Contribuisci feedbackIt's already awhile since I had pizza hats, but man was very good, one of the better chain pizza spots on the way to go pizza hats!! The prices are decent for your own construction, and package offers are similar to other chains.
Ordered a pizza from there and the lady (heavy set with glasses) I think her name was Lauren was very rude. In addition, my pizza was boiled, will never go back to this pizza hut!
When I went into this situation in twin oak, I tried to order my pizza and the lady without a name tag high and with glasses on the working front counter to new years eve is the most rude person ever!! She was so angry just because I came in and ordered and didn't log in or made online. I understand that it is probably busy because of vacation, but this is no way to trade or treat customers because you are a bad day. I love this place. A person can ruin your whole business
I had placed an order online for a future time at 8:15p. I came at 8:00 to check my order. A heavy set of caucasian explained that the pizza had not yet been placed in the oven. I wanted to tell her that it's good, I'm gonna go to Walgreens over the street and come back. She insisted rudely that I pay first (if my order was not even placed in the oven). I am a regular customer usually order online for delivery. I told her I'm gonna pay for picking up, and she always said that I should pay now, which means if I don't make my order. Then I asked her, this is a new policy, and she said this was always her policy. Remember that I've been ordering this pizza hat for years. After that, I told her well that I will discuss this with your company headquarters, because I don't pay until picking up and I will cancel my order. She said that it's good and that she'll call companies and cancel my order. This employee has by far the worst customer service and I contacted companies that inform them about it and will be reviews on any social media platform that I can. It is the most respectless employee who needs additional training and possibly additional education. As a health expert, we provide exceptional care for our patients and the best experience we can. If you look at the previous reviews, this employee's actions seem to escalate and take the right disciplinary action.
Absolutely awful service. The manager Lauren was one of the rudest people I?ve ever spoken to in my life. They forgot my ranch for my wings that I paid for (my girlfriend doesn?t eat them without it) when i asked them to bring it out she said I had to order a minimum of ten dollars worth of food to bring it back out. She then proceeded to say ? I don?t know if your stupid or what but I think I explained our policy very clearly?. Worst service and rudest manager I?ve ever talked to in my life. I don?t know how she got the job with such poor customer service skills. Used to be my favorite spot for pizza but I?ll never order from them again. Wish I could contact the owner of the store somehow. I would rate zero stars if it was possible. Also their was basically no cheese at all on my pizza and what seemed like no ingredients at all!! Seems like it?s a trend at this store to make the thinnest pizza possible that tastes awful!
